Dina is a partner and leading associate advising international and domestic clients on complex M&A transactions across a wide variety of sectors, including TMT, retail, financial services, tourism, energy and pharmaceutical industry. During her 11 years of experience, she has been involved in some of the largest and most notable Croatian and regional transactions, including multiple deals valued at several hundred million euros to a billion euros. Dina also has extensive experience advising international and domestic financial institutions and corporations on financing transactions, and she supports clients in complex corporate law matters.

Early in her career, Dina gained significant experience advising clients on the purchase and sale of non-performing loan portfolios. This made her very well-versed in complex legal questions related to debt collection, property and contract law, alongside financing and M&A matters. Dina’s interdisciplinary experience in various legal areas, robust work ethics and solution-oriented approach enable her to lead M&A teams on most complex transactions.
