Ismo counts the largest power production and energy services companies in Finland among his clients and his reputation as an expert in energy matters has led him to advising on some of the largest transactions in the energy sector in the last ten years. Pia Tanskanen is the Managing Partner of Procopé & Hornborg. She is also an attorney and co-head of firm’s M&A practice. Pia specializes in mergers & acquisitions, private equity as well as corporate and contract law. She has extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional transactions and divestments involving industrial clients. Due to her extensive general counsel background Pia has in-depth knowledge in steel, energy and consumer goods business, just to name a few.
