Valeria is the current Vice President and the Italian Board Member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA). She is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), as well as Ex-Chair of the IBA’s Diversity and Equality Law Committee (2017-2020), and a member of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI).

She is a member of the Ius Laboris Board and Executive Committee. Valeria is also a professor at the Ius Laboris University and a member of the Ius Laboris Expert Groups on Global Mobility and Individual Employment Rights.
