Niels Hagelstein is a partner and attorney-at-law at AKD. He specialises in advising financial institutions, alternative credit providers and corporate clients on a wide range of national and international finance transactions. His main areas of expertise are acquisition finance, fund finance, real estate finance, business sector loans and structured finance.

Niels has one unique area of expertise with regard to optimising client service delivery. He focuses on automating and improving models, making work processes more effective and other client-oriented initiatives, the aim being to join forces with clients in innovative ways.
