Bram Woltering specialises in intellectual property law and advises and represents national and international clients in cases relating to parallel trade, transit and infringements (of trademarks rights, copyrights, designs, and patent rights), among other things. He has also acquired a lot of experience with anti-counterfeiting and its coordination at European level.

Bram also advises on the (worldwide) filing of trademarks and designs. As part of this, he conducts opposition and invalidity actions at bodies that grant trademarks and designs. He regularly publishes on new developments within his specialist field, he is a frequent contributor to specialist IP journal Berichten Industriële Eigendom.

His clients vary from retailers to national and international clients that are active in the manufacturing industry. Bram is a member of the AIPPI/VIE (Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intelectuelle/Intellectual Property Association), the BMM (Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Law), and the European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA).
