Eimear O’Dwyer is a Banking & Finance counsel at AKD. Eimear specialises in complex financings involving Luxembourg SPVs, in particular securitisation and repack transactions. She advises from a Luxembourg law perspective on a wide range of financing transactions, including secured lending, structured finance, securitisations, real estate finance, fund finance, debt capital markets and listing related matters.
Before joining AKD, Eimear worked for 8 years in a magic circle law firm in Luxembourg, developing expertise in securitisation, structured debt and debt capital markets, from both a transactional and regulatory perspective.
Eimear originally trained as an English solicitor in London, where she worked for 5 years before moving to Luxembourg.
