Nicolas co-heads AKD’s corporate department in Luxembourg. He practices in the area of corporate law, focusing on private equity, M&A, joint venture structures, cross-border reorganizations, participations plans and general counseling on corporate law matters.

Nicolas represents private equity houses, banks, institutional investors and large corporations in domestic and cross-border transactions. He has extensive deal experience across many industry sectors, with a particular focus on the real estate and private equity sectors. He is appreciated by his clients for his proactive approach and practical advice.

Nicolas is involved in firm representation in major events such as MIPIM, IBA, etc. He also dedicates time and effort to ensure that the firm is at the vanguard of technology developments, such as e-signing, automated drafting and diagramming software.
