Jevgeniy (Jev) is a partner in the Luxembourg office of AKD, where he heads the Investment Management practice. He has extensive experience in alternative fund formation and investment management, advising on fund structuring and operations throughout the full lifecycle of investment funds, as well as on the structuring and formation of carried interest vehicles. His main focus areas include private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, renewables, and debt fund strategies. Jev’s clients include mid‑market and emerging US, UK, German, Swiss, and other international fund sponsors (GPs) setting up or managing funds, as well as institutional and professional investors (LPs) seeking to expand their investment portfolios through Luxembourg fund structures.

Among other matters, Jev advises clients on a wide range of fund‑related transactions, providing regulatory, legal, and strategic guidance on Luxembourg fund structures, including both regulated and unregulated vehicles. He works in particular with English‑ and German‑speaking clients and markets.
