Pieter De Vos is an attorney-at-law at AKD who specialises in corporate law, M&A and commercial law.

An experienced commercial and economic attorney-at-law, Pieter advises clients on acquisitions, corporate issues and contracts. He is also an experienced litigator. Pieter is the proud recipient of the Jean Monnet Certificate recognised by the European Commission.

His involvement in several associations (VZWs - not-for-profit associations) implies a thorough knowledge of the laws regulating associations.

Pieter focuses on finding proactive solutions to avoid litigation where possible, his motto being ‘Better safe than sorry’.

Pieter also teaches the course “Mortgage Loans” to third-year real estate students at Syntra Brussels.

Pieter has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2020.
