AKD’s construction practice is led by civil law notary Sven Billet and advises clients on construction-related transactions and advisory mandates. The team is noted for its speciality in the energy sector assisting with offshore infrastructure projects, regulatory issues and financing. Clients of the firm consist of developers and construction companies from across the world and Benelux. Frenk Huisman leads on construction matters including transactions, while Julian Versmissen focuses on international construction projects. Marc Wintgens advises construction companies on contractual issues.
