Heads the Data Protection and Privacy practice

Lior Heads the Data Protection and Privacy practice in the firm.

Lior advises on various aspects of GDPR and Israeli privacy law, working closely with businesses to improve their information governance in this rising field. The practice includes advising on compliance, privacy aspects in commercial agreements and corporate transactions, internal policies, organizational measures, engagement with vendors and other third party users; also in life-science and online companies.

Lior also provides day-to-day legal advice on corporate, securities and commercial law, mostly to technology and life-science startups, and advising entrepreneurs in various types of business transactions.

Strong background and experience in advising public companies traded abroad, mostly in the U.S., regarding securities, regulatory matters and corporate governance.

Lior is also an experienced internal pilot of unmanned aircrafts and served as such in the Israeli Air Force and in the Israeli defense industry, as a flight instructor.
