Stian is head of Wikborg Rein's Financing team. He specialises in debt financing, with a particular focus on high yield bonds, direct lending transactions and financial restructurings, regularly acting for both borrowers, lenders and investors. Stian is top ranked within the categories of Banking and Financing, Capital Markets and Insolvency and Corporate Recovery (Legal 500 and IFLR1000). He also has several years of experience as in-house lawyer with DNB Bank ASA, both advising DNB Markets Investment Banking Division, Equity and Debt Capital Markets, and as advisor to Ocean Industries where he worked with large cross-boarder restructuring matters.
