Karoline works with capital market transactions in Norway across sectors, including IPOs/listings on the Oslo Stock Exchange's market places, private placements, and block trades. She also assists with public M&A transactions such as public tender offers. She advises issuers, investors, and others on queries related to company and securities law, including on inside information, transactions by primary insiders and disclosure of major shareholdings (flagging).
