Brendan is  a partner in the Corporate Department of Whitney Moore.  He advises leading international and Irish companies on Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Fundraisings and Stock Exchange admissions and listings. Brendan’s practice focuses on the Media, Natural Resources and Technology sectors. He has particular expertise in advising publicly listed companies on corporate transactions.

Media: He represents leading international including United States headquartered media groups in acquiring businesses in Ireland.  He also represents shareholders of Irish media groups in the sales of their businesses to international media groups.

Technology: In the Technology Sector he advises on venture capital, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Natural Resources: he advises Irish along with American, Canadian and UK corporations (both listed and privately owned) in the Metals and Oil and Gas sectors.  Brendan’s advice on the corporate side centres on Fundraisings, Mergers and Acquisitions (cash offers and schemes of arrangement for PLC's) and Stock Market Listings/Admissions.
