Counsel Virginie Lescot specialises in corporate law.

Virginie advises on all aspects of corporate law with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, company restructurings and private equity transactions. In these fields, she assists international groups of companies, PE funds and local medium-sized companies in various industry sectors.

Before joining VBB, Virginie worked for 10 years in a leading international law firm where she was the senior lead associate of the Belgium office’s corporate M&A practice group.
