Johan is a banking, finance and projects partner with over 20 years of experience. He advises all participants involved in financing transactions, including arrangers, lenders, borrowers, investors, sponsors and public authorities.

Johan has a leading track record in the infrastructure and energy sectors, and particular expertise in complex real estate finance, trade finance and export finance transactions and in leveraged finance.

He also acts on debt restructuring transactions, and advises on financial services regulation in the banking, insurance and investment services sectors.

Johan is also very active in dispute resolution in the sectors in which he operates.
