Managing associate

Susana Bradford Ferreira joined Uría Menéndez in 2017 and is managing associate of the firm’s Labour Law practice since 2025.

Susana has extensive experience advising domestic and foreign companies and directors on matters related to employment law, employment litigation, social security law, pension funds and immigration.

Susana advises on restructuring procedures (in particular downsizings) and in employment law aspects of acquisitions of undertakings and businesses (e.g., transfers as a going concern, mergers and spin-offs).

She also advises and represents clients in disciplinary and administrative procedures, as well as employment-related matters.
