Alexandre Pedral Sampaio joined Uría Menéndez as a trainee lawyer in 2013 and is currently a counsel of the firm. He forms part of the real estate and planning team at the firm’s Lisbon office.

In 2019, Alexandre was seconded to the firm’s Madrid office.

Alexandre currently focuses on real estate law and mergers and acquisitions in the real estate sector, advising on the sale and purchase, lease and development of real estate assets. He also advises on corporate law, acquisition finance, refinancing and restructuring of companies in the real estate and hotel industries, including the acquisition of REO and mortgage-backed loan portfolios.
