Susana Piteira Santos joined Uría Menéndez in March 2024 as a senior associate in the Real Estate and Urban Planning practice area.

She has 14 years’ experience in the area of real estate development, as legal director of Multi Development, providing legal advice in the development phase of real estate projects (including shopping malls, office buildings and housing projects), and in the management phase of shopping malls.

Susana advises on urban planning law, namely in terms of planning instruments, administrative control of urban planning operations, urban and land restructuring operations, and environmental impact assessments, as well as on real estate law for the development of tourist, residential, commercial and service projects.
