Adriano Squilacce has been a litigation lawyer in the Lisbon office of Uría Menéndez since 2006.

He focuses on civil, commercial and corporate litigation, domestic and international arbitration, white collar crime and administrative offences involving financial regulations.

In recent years Adriano has represented clients in complex matters and disputes related to white collar crime (both judicial proceedings and corporate compliance matters) and administrative infringement proceedings on banking, finance and securities issues.

Adriano has extensive experience in disputes related to financial products, securities, prospectus liability, liability of directors and auditors, as well as fraudulent insolvencies.
