Juri deals with restructuring and insolvency, and he regularly advises underperforming companies both in in-court and in out-of-court restructuring proceedings, as well as creditors in managing relations with the borrower and in negotiating financial manoeuvres.

In the context of so-called special situations, Juri advises investors in the purchase of assets, shareholdings and business units, also by means of debt-to-equity swap mechanisms.

Juri has also been involved in acquisition financing, equity financing solutions and quasi-equity instruments.
