Eva Yazitzoglou, co-founder of Dr. Helen G. Papaconstantinou and Partners, Law Firm (HP&P), heads the firm as its Managing Partner, as from 2018.

Holding a law degree from the University of Athens, she is an Attorney at Law and a European Patent Attorney. With over 45 years of distinguished experience in all areas of intellectual property law, Eva specializes in trademark, patent, and copyright law, with a particular focus on consultation, portfolio management, and maintenance of international trademark and patent portfolios. Over her extensive career, she has advised major international clients across diverse sectors, including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, fashion, and food. Eva has also collaborated with clients from nearly every industry and commercial sector, effectively handling trademark and patent infringement cases. Her approach has ranged from negotiating out-of-court agreements and settlements to pursuing litigation in Greece.

Eva is member of the Athens Bar Association as of 1974 and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court and the Council of State.

Eva has consistently earned recognition for her expertise in intellectual property law.  She has been ranked as a Recommended Individual in WTR 1000 Intellectual Property rankings from 2021 to 2026 (gold) and in IAM Patent 1000 rankings for 2025 (bronze) as well as a Recommended Lawyer in Legal 500 EMEA – Intellectual Property rankings from 2020 to 2026.  In addition, she has been rated as ‘Notable Practitioner’ in the IP STARS 2021 to 2025 Intellectual Property rankings as well as “unranked practitioner in the 2020-Intellectual Property rankings.
