Partner Lisa is part of our shipping and offshore department and our seafood team. Lisa mainly works with transactions and contract assistance within the shipping and seafood sectors as well as other maritime industries. She assists Norwegian and international clients with, among other things, M&A and establishment of joint ventures, sale and purchase of vessels, newbuilding projects, financing, sale and leaseback, charter party negotiations and a wide range of other contracts.
