Partner Henrik primarily works with dispute resolution and negotiations within shipping, the insurance market and other industries, as well as a variety of construction and project related disputes. Henrik has litigated several high-profile cases and has gained extensive experience with national and international arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

In recent years, Henrik has been heavily involved in disputes related to shipbuilding, cargo damage and casualties, insurance coverage (including all forms of marine insurance), charterparties, as well as larger project disputes.
