Hans-Jørgen Arvesen works on construction law issues in connection with procurement and delivery of construction projects. Much of his work is related to the negotiations, planning, signing and implementation of contracts, including compliance with requirements, deadlines and notification. Hans-Jørgen Arvesen also has extensive experience with final settlement discussions and dispute resolution related to construction contracts. Hans-Jørgen Arvesen also assists explorers and operators within the mining industry, in particular issues related to contract law negotiations regarding land access.
