With a career of erelong 40 years, Rudy Nauwelaerts is Stibbe’s most experienced real estate lawyer. Thanks to his wealth of experience and long-standing expertise in all transactional aspects of real estate, he is considered an authority in the Belgian real estate legal market. Rudy focuses on all kinds of property-related matters. He is particularly active in project development, leasing, acquisitions, and general real estate contracts. Rudy advises on a broad range of assets such as retail, residential units, offices, hotels, care facilities, and parking lots. His clients include leading Belgian and foreign companies such as insurers, project developers, retailers, public bodies, REITs and investment funds. He also acts as arbitrator at CEPANI for disputes in real estate transactions.
