Arntzen Grette

Partner. Kristine Høivik Smedsrud leads Arntzen’s Electricity and Renewables team and specialises in construction and contract law within the renewable energy sector. She has particular expertise in hydropower, including both small-scale and larger hydropower developments, as well as grid infrastructure and onshore wind projects.

Kristine advises across all stages of renewable energy projects, including project development, contract negotiations, project management and dispute resolution. She has extensive experience with construction contracts and supply agreements and in-depth knowledge of contract standards widely used in onshore and offshore renewable energy projects.

Kristine is also an experienced lecturer and speaker on legal issues within the renewable energy sector.
