Partner. Øystein Myre Bremset is one of Norway’s leading construction lawyers, with extensive experience advising on major and complex construction and infrastructure projects. He acts for both public and private sector clients across the full spectrum of construction law, from contract negotiations and strategic advice to dispute resolution, arbitration and litigation.
Øystein is particularly recognised for his expertise in complex construction disputes and his analytical approach to litigation and process risk. He has extensive courtroom experience and was admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court in 2017. He is also an experienced author and speaker on construction law, property rights and dispute risk assessment.
