Eilif Koch has more than 20 years of experience advising on complex real estate transactions, investments, financing and development projects. His practice spans property law, corporate and contract law, with particular expertise in transaction structuring, the establishment and restructuring of companies, financing, tax-related matters, planning and building law, lease matters and dispute resolution.

Eilif advises property companies, developers, financial investors, syndicates and joint ventures, and has extensive experience with partnership models, shareholder agreements and structures for collaboration between financial and industrial parties. He is particularly recognised for his strategic approach to negotiations and deal structuring, as well as his pragmatic and solution-oriented advice.
