Øyvind Greaker Bjørndal is a highly experienced corporate lawyer with particular expertise in M&A, restructuring and corporate recovery. He regularly advises listed and private companies, financial sponsors, investment banks and industrial players on complex transactions and restructurings, often with cross-border elements.

His M&A practice covers public and private transactions, including takeovers, demergers, joint ventures and strategic investments. Within restructuring and corporate recovery, Øyvind has more than a decade of experience, with particular depth in the energy, renewables and industrial sectors. His experience includes both private practice and executive-level in-house roles, giving him a strong commercial perspective alongside his legal expertise.
