Position
Gabriela Svalduz is Counsel at Schellenberg Wittmer in Zurich. She specialises in white-collar crime, with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border disputes involving high amounts in dispute, asset forfeiture, internal investigations and compliance, including in the areas of DLT technologies, blockchain and cybercrime. As a lawyer and former public prosecutor, she has more than 25 years of experience in litigation. Gabriela regularly advises and represents individual and corporate clients as defendants or injured parties before authorities and courts and supports clients in preventing criminal liability. She holds Certificates of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Forensics, Economic Crime Law, and Finance and Accounting, which strengthen her expertise.
