Position

Magdalena Heyder is a Counsel in our Dispute Resolution, White-Collar Crime and Compliance as well as Internal Corporate Investigations Groups in Zurich. Magdalena has extensive experience in handling complex domestic and cross-border internal and government-led corporate investigations on a broad range of topics. She represents clients in commercial disputes in courts and in public law proceedings.

  • Handling domestic and cross-border internal investigations, from planning and execution to reporting to authorities
  • Advising clients in the fields of international legal assistance, money laundering, financial regulations, criminal law, data, employment and contractual disputes
