Senior Lawyer

Hector focuses on dispute resolution and advising clients on a broad range of shipping, energy and commodity trading matters.

Hector has experience in a broad range of disputes, including litigation before the English High Court and arbitration proceedings. He has also advised on commercial contracts in the oil and gas sector, with a particular focus on master fuel supply agreements and LNG sale and purchase agreements.

Before joining Schjødt in April 2021, Hector trained and qualified at an international law firm in London, where his primary focus was on shipping and litigation matters, and then spent a year and a half working in-house as legal counsel at an international oil trader. He also spent six months of his training contract in Dubai.
