Helge has more than 25 years of experience advising on high-profile and complex antitrust and merger control cases after being Director of Legal Affairs at the Norwegian Competition Authority. He has extensive experience with Norwegian Phase II merger investigations, where he has gained clearance for many of Norway's largest and most complex mergers.

For more than 25 years, Helge has moderated the Annual Competition Law Conference in Norway, organised by the Centre for Continuing Legal Education in Norway.
