Senior Lawyer

Amalie specialises in insolvency law. She has experience in advising and representing local and international companies in distress situations and restructuring proceedings. She also has experience in handling bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings.

Amalie also specialises in mining and minerals law and has experience advising local and international companies on minerals law matters, including regulatory, corporate and contract law.

Amalie joined the firm in 2020. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo. Amalie also holds a degree in political science from the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Bergen, including exchange studies at the Institut d'études politiques de Lyon (Sciences Po Lyon).

Amalie speaks French in addition to English and Norwegian.
