Tobias is part of Schjødt's Advisory department, specialising in legal issues related to the energy, shipping, and offshore sectors. He provides legal counsel in various cases within these domains, assisting local and international industry and offshore companies with corporate and contract law matters.

Additionally, he specialises in fisheries and aquaculture regulatory issues, offering support in government relations, strategic processes, and contract and corporate law advisory services within the sector.

Tobias began his career at Schjødt in 2023. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen. He also holds a diploma from the University of Queensland, where he specialised in international maritime and shipping law. Tobias was assigned the Schjødt scholarship for his master's thesis on EEA law. During his studies, Tobias had several legal internships at Schjødt and other law firms.
