Senior Lawyer

Øyvind is a senior lawyer in our Shipping & Oil Services group. He assists local and international clients with shipbuilding, sale and purchase of ships, as well as various forms of charterparties. Øyvind also has several years of experience with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures as well as general counselling regarding corporate law.

Øyvind is an experienced drafter of various industry related contracts in various shapes and forms with a particular interest in various forms of cooperation agreements.

Øyvind joined the firm in 2021. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen, and holds a LL.M. degree in Corporate and Financial Law from the University of Glasgow.
