Henrik is a member of the boards of directors of several companies and acts as a day-to-day legal and strategic advisor not only on specific transactions but also on investments, shareholder structures, acquisition financing structures, management incentives, and commercial contracts and legal structures that shape companies' development and address legal risk management and compliance.
