Philip is a partner in our finance department focusing on banking and finance. Philip's experience covers various international acquisitions, asset-backed financing, leveraged finance, renewable financing, fund financing and financing of privately held and listed businesses, representing international banks, financial institutions and debt funds as well as private equity investors, real estate funds and large corporates.

Philip has been a lawyer since 2018 and joined Schjødt in 2025 from Accura law firm. His previous experience also includes working as senior legal counsel Danske Bank. Philip is a graduate of University of Copenhagen.
