Kristian heads Schjødt’s Danish Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. He advises domestic and international investment funds and asset managers on all aspects related to structuring, formation and operation of investment funds, including GP-led secondary transactions, continuation funds, and GP-staking. He also advises institutional and other professional investors on investments in, and co-investments with, alternative investment funds, as well as on LP-secondaries.

Kristian is among the most active Danish lawyers when it comes to LP-investments and is a preferred trusted advisor to a large number of Danish institutional investors. He is also an experienced fund finance lawyer and advises on the financial regulation applicable to asset managers and investment firms.

Before joining Schjødt in October 2025, Kristian headed a leading investment funds team at one of the largest Danish law firms.
