Veronica Das Alexeev is a managing attorney at law with Schoenherr Romania. She is one of the key members of our capital markets team, having assisted both domestic and international clients (financial institutions and investors) in a number of headline transactions in Romania. Veronica has strong track record in advising on the full range of capital markets operations, including IPOs, public bids, buy-back programmes and investor protection. She is experienced in corporate disclosure for equity and debt transactions involving capital markets, acting on both the company's and banks' sides, as well as in assisting listed companies on corporate governance. Veronica also advises on complex regulatory requirements for investment firms and has provided detailed guidelines on potential post-Brexit licensing requirements in Romania under various regulatory frameworks, including MiFID II, CRD IV and UCITS.
