Mara Moga-Paler is a partner at Schoenherr Romania, where she heads the firm's employment practice.  With 25 years of experience since bar admission, Mara is a seasoned employment lawyer. She has assisted on a full range of employment matters, including: employment contracts, management contracts, termination of employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements and collective negotiations, EU/non-EU posting of workers, conducting disciplinary investigations, pre-litigation and litigation advice, individual and collective redundancies, including during insolvency procedures, TUPE, harassment & discrimination, remuneration & benefit schemes, telework, relations with trade unions and employees representatives, European Works Council, representation of the employees in a European Company, drafting of the internal regulation, and other internal policies in employment. She also has a strong track record in teaming up with litigation lawyers to provide expert advice in employment disputes, and also with tax specialists to provide integrated advice on matters regarding compensation and benefits and EU & international mobility of employees
