Mohamed graduated from Beirut University in Alexandria holding a Bachelor of Law. He is also a member of the Egypt Bar Association.

Mohamed is a Legal Consultant and part of the Execution team at MIO Law Firm. He is very much involved in various cases put before the Sharjah Court handling matters in relation to civil, commercial, real estate, criminal, labour and personal affairs. He has also given many bespoke legal consultations for clients

Drafting and preparing legal memoranda in the fields of corporate law, criminal lawsuits, commercial cases, liquidation claims, substantive execution disputes, labor cases, and real estate matters. Ensuring contracts align with local laws. Providing Legal Consultations: Delivering accurate legal advice to clients on various legal matters, including banking disputes, execution issues, and corporate matters. Clarifying clients’ rights and obligations and offering practical solutions to legal challenges.Legal Case Management: Preparing the necessary legal documents to initiate or defend cases. Representing clients before courts and judicial authorities in commercial, banking, execution, labor, and corporate-related lawsuits. Analyzing Laws and Regulations: Monitoring changes in laws and regulations and assessing their impact on clients’ business activities. Interpreting applicable laws and regulations, particularly banking and labor laws.

Negotiations and Settlements:

Leading negotiations to amicably resolve legal disputes, including labor and commercial settlements. Settling disputes either pre-litigation or during the execution phase. Communication with Judicial and Execution Authorities: Submitting applications and conducting pleadings before courts, execution bodies, and other judicial entities. Monitoring execution procedures, such as debt recovery and enforcement of court judgments.

Legal Risk Management:

Identifying legal risks related to client decisions and proposing preventive solutions. Developing strategies to mitigate exposure to legal issues, with a focus on banking and commercial disputes.

Specialized Legal Matters:

Managing banking lawsuits related to facilities and unpaid loans. Handling substantive execution disputes and overseeing procedures to ensure enforcement of legal rights. Managing corporate disputes, including partner conflicts and liquidation claims. Representing clients in labor lawsuits and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
