Melwyn is a holder of LLB degree from University of Karnataka, India and has over 15 years of professional experience. He primarily practices in the areas of corporate, commercial, employment, intellectual property, real estate and construction laws. Melwyn is also registered as a Wills Draftsman with Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Melwyn has strong transactional experience and has worked on many joint venture and partnership deals and has been a catalyst to bring the matter to a conclusion to the clients’ satisfaction. He routinely advises companies on their strategies and structuring aspects. Furthermore, he has strong experience when it comes to start-up companies and giving them the best legal structure and base. He has undertaken several assignments in diverse sectors on technical and financial collaboration, acquisitions, commercial borrowings and corporate restructuring.
