  • Deals with a range of property issues to include sales and purchases of commercial properties, commercial leases for both Landlords and Tenants in the retail, office, hospitality and manufacturing sector

  • Extensive experience in residential sales and purchases and residential development schemes

  • All areas of sports law including acquisition and disposal of property by sports clubs, advice to trustees of sports organisations and dealing with disciplinary issues for sports organisations  

  • Extensive knowledge of regulatory and disciplinary law having acted for a number of professionals before their regulatory bodies

  • Acts for a number of lending institutions in the provision of advices regarding letters of sanction, drafting of facility letters, review and perfection of security and enforcement proceedings to realise security.

Recent Work Highlights

  • Acting for Bright Motor Group in completion of sale and leaseback of motor showrooms at Swords, Co Dublin;

  • Legal representative on ENACT programme – looking at challenges to retrofitting existing commercial buildings;

  • Acting for the Embassy of Sweden in property matters and establishment in Ireland;

  • Advising GAA on a range of property and trust issues;

  • Acting for Newbridge Silverware on property and landlord and tenant matters
