Advises in landlord and tenant matters with expertise in negotiating and implementing leases in both shopping centres and industrial estates 

Acts for a number of liquidators and receivers and has expertise in advising on property and related issues which arise in the course of both liquidations and receiverships 

Highly skilled in Will drafting and estate administration.  Brendan also regularly advises our clients on estate planning issues.

Recent Work Highlights 

Acted for Optical Express in negotiating its lease of a new premises on Grafton Street;

Acted for the White Company in negotiating the lease of their new flagship store at 72 Grafton Street;

Acts for Lloyds pharmacy in negotiating leases and dealing with other landlord and tenant issues arising from its multiple outlets;

Provides advice to the Fitzwilliam Group on all aspects of its property holdings.
