• Recently acted in the sale of an Irish technology company which was acquired by the US leader the sector

• Recently acted in the acquisition of an oil distribution company for a client

• Acts for a large US venture capital firm in relation to its Irish investments which to date have numbered in excess of 40 transactions

• Advises one of the country’s leading waste management companies in relation to both their customer and supplier contracts

• Advises one of the country’s leading giftware manufactures in relation to its IP matters including franchising, licensing, digital asset management, trademark and design protection and enforcement 

• Has lectured on various topics of commercial and intellectual property law

Recent Work Highlights  

• Acting in the sale of multiple veterinary practices including Riverview Veterinary Group on its sale to Vet Partners;

• Advising Bright Motor Group on the acquisition of the retail business of Gowan Motors;

• Advising a number of accountancy practices in relation to mergers including PKF O’Connor Leddy & Holmes Limited accountancy and tax advisory firm on its recent sale to Azets;

• Advising a number of solicitors practices in relation to their partnership agreements and succession planning; and

• Advising Digital Rehabilitation Limited in relation to a seed funding round of circa €2million;

• Advising GAA in relation to its contractual arrangements with NFL for the staging of an NFL game at Croke Park
