Poul Schmith

Britta Moll Bown specialises in environmental law and energy law. Britta advises the public authorities on legislative issues, administration and enforcement. She regularly litigates before the Danish district courts, the high courts and the Supreme Court in the protection of nature, Natura 2000, environmental protection, soil contamination, planning, strategic environmental assessments (SEA), environmental impact assessments (EIA) and construction law, etc. Britta also advises on energy law, including power and heat supply. Britta regularly gives talks for attorneys and environmental lawyers about recent environmental case law. She is also the editor of "Kendelser om Fast Ejendom" (in English: rulings on real estate).
