Poul Schmith

Milena Anguelova Krogsgaard assists public and private clients with formulating strategies for and planning and completing complex IT procurement by proof-of-concept and code camps, etc including contracts concerning procurement of AI solutions. She has extensive experience in big, complex negotiation processes and the subsequent implementation and contract management of IT contracts. It is important to Milena to understand and support the client's business and needs in order to create value, ensure project progress and create the framework for a good relationship between the customer and the supplier. This is done by helping the parties understand the contract(s), negotiations and dispute resolution, etc during the project period. Milena is very experienced in agile IT projects, including how agile methods can help create more value and promote innovation in public and private digitalisation projects including by using AI where she has gained special expertise in AI and data legislation. Milena also advises on the use of AI and data including compliance in AI projects through design, implementation and supplier management. Milena is an experienced speaker and she regularly speaks on agile IT procurement and IT contracts and at our AI course Responsible AI Governance & Compliance.
