Poul Schmith

Henrik Puggaard has many years of experience in Corporate, M&A & Project Finance, particularly in the property sector, the transport and logistics sector and the culture industry. His qualifications and commercial experience are especially focused on transactions and project and partnership agreements, including in particular structured finance and regulation (AIFM). As a transaction lawyer, Henrik is also one of the leading specialists in public-private partnerships (PPP/PPC/PPIP), and since its introduction in Denmark in 2004 he has been involved in practically almost all Danish PPP projects (approximately 40). In recent years, Henrik has therefore been specialising in providing strategic advice to the culture industry, to established operators such as owners/investors, producers and cultural institutions. He is also a very experienced litigator and is especially experienced in conducting big cases of general public importance, including group actions. Henrik is on the board of a number of commercial boards of directors and boards of trustees, including as a chairman.
